The cartoonist behind the buffoonery

Finnegan Walker

Finnegan Walker currently attends the School of the Art Institute of Chicago studying comics. While in school he’s created several comics such as “Sea of Cloud”s, which follows the day to day life of 18th century sky-pirates, and a medieval noir mystery called “Danny's Dream.”

His comics explore topics of existentialism, interpersonal relationships, and grand plots. This is done through the use of dry humor, a cartoonish art style, and absurdist narrative.

When he's not making comics he's reading comics, talking about comics, or working on an illustration piece that totally would’ve worked better as a comic
